The Supply Chain Due Diligence Act (LkSG), which came into force on 1 January 2020, aims to implement human rights in global supply chains and better protect the environment from destruction. The law was initiated because voluntary commitments made by companies in the past have not sufficiently combated human rights and environmental problems in supply chains.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We believe that the success of a company should not be judged solely on the basis of figures. We are aware that we cannot be successful on the market without profits. However, we endeavour to find the right balance between business success and social, ethical and environmental responsibility. Responsibility for our employees, our community and the environment is therefore an integral part of our DNA and a key factor in the long-term success of our company.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The management, all executives and all employees (“we”) are therefore committed to upholding the highest ethical standards. We work together to create a working environment in which everyone at LGI and everyone we work with throughout our supply chain can do their best work. This includes, in particular, adhering to global policies and processes to avoid potential human rights violations in relation to our business activities and within our supply chains.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

At LGI, we are convinced that the realisation of our goals must take place within the framework of clearly formulated and practised social, ethical and ecological principles, compliance with which is regularly monitored by the company management.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n \r\n
