As a responsible company, we are naturally actively committed to equal opportunities and social justice, for our region and our workforce. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Among other things, we focus on disadvantaged people in the labor market. For example, as a cooperation partner of the “socialbee” initiative, we are committed to the professional integration of refugees in Germany through qualification programs, intensive training courses and the placement of skilled workers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Within the company, the promotion of diversity and of women in leadership positions are two key issues.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
