Preferred Supplier: When Trust Turns Into Recognition
Some achievements aren’t measured in numbers, but in a certificate — handed over by a partner who knows exactly what matters. Robert Bosch Group has officially recognized LGI Logistics Group International GmbH as a Preferred Supplier. A special moment for us, and proof that reliability and quality pay off.
The certificate was presented by Frank Lengefeld (Robert Bosch) to the LGI team — received by Sven Bruckner, Martina Weihing, and Florian Beck, representing all colleagues who bring this partnership to life every single day.
So what’s really behind the title “Preferred Supplier”? More than a certificate on the wall. It stands for high performance and quality standards that Bosch and LGI have built together over the years — and for a partnership that runs deeper than day-to-day operations.
The partnership with Bosch is broad-based and lives in many facets: it spans several locations and divisions. LGI operates several distribution centers for Bosch Home Comfort, for example. Despite a wide range of variants, the right goods are delivered overnight and ready on site by morning. At another location, production supply and spare-parts logistics are the fulfillment focus for Bosch’s customers. It is precisely this range that makes the award particularly valuable.
What’s next? More of the same energy. The shared focus is on sustainable growth, continuous development, and further expanding the collaboration — Bosch and LGI aren’t looking to maintain the status quo, they’re looking to take the next step together. A further contract logistics operation, set to launch in Erfurt early next year, is already in the planning stage.
