Together for integrity and fairness

Compliance with all applicable local and international laws and regulations based on the UN Declaration of Human Rights and UN Convention is a matter of course for us. That is why we have explicitly included this wording in our CSR and sustainability program “Our Care”.

What does Business Care mean at LGI? On the one hand, of course, we offer our employees secure and attractive jobs, with fair wages and a culture of co-determination. On the other hand, we are also actively committed to legal compliance and equality for all people.

To achieve this, as well as to live fairness and integrity, we have, for example, joined the UN Global Compact – the world’s largest and most important initiative for sustainable and responsible corporate governance.

From our founding in 1995 to the present day, there has not been a single incident of fraud, corruption, bribery or money laundering in LGI’s corporate history.
