Comprehensive safety with our high-tech transport

Your goods require special handling? With our high-tech transport, or “white-glove shipping service”, we provide secure special transport including all the technical services your product requires. This logistics service offers you numerous advantages, especially when transporting IT or medical equipment.

For example, we bring technically sophisticated products directly to their place of use, install them professionally, test the technology and configure them if required. And we do this for everything from simple office PCs to complex medical equipment. Hardware that is no longer needed is dismantled by us on site, professionally packed, transported back or, if desired, refurbished or disposed of.

In the case of high-tech transport, we take care of all steps for you as a full service: customizing and pre-installation, packaging and transport, assembly, installation and configuration, and commissioning. Functional testing, maintenance or reconditioning are part of our portfolio.

Our logistics staff are experienced technicians and highly trained in the functionality of your products. With our own demo pool management, we already support some leading manufacturers of medical devices in their presentations at trade fairs or directly at the end customer, e.g. in hospitals or doctors’ practices.

Recycling or value enhancement with our lifecycle management

You want more than one-way logistics solutions? With our lifecycle management, we provide services along the entire product lifecycle and simultaneously ensure its extension.

For example, we not only deliver laptops that are fully configured and ready to work, we also take care of the second life of the computer, e.g. when the device has become obsolete or its user has left the company.

Depending on the assignment, we pick up such a device on site, delete data, repair the laptop, refurbish it or sell it for you. In this way, you can use our reverse logistics for both a sustainable recycling of the product and for its value enhancement.
