LGI signs CHARTA der Vielfalt
Corporate Social Responsibility
Cultural, social and personal diversity have always been among the cornerstones of the LGI Group. For example, we currently employ 86 different nationalities who together provide services for our clients. To anchor the aspects of diversity even more strongly, LGI recently signed the CHARTA DER VIELFALT.
We are setting ourselves an even stronger goal of creating an appreciative working environment for all employees – regardless of their age, ethnic origin and nationality, gender and gender identity, physical and mental abilities, religion and world view, as well as sexual orientation and social background. We will recognise and promote the diverse potentials. In addition, the existing climate of mutual respect and trust will be strengthened. As LGI Group, we expect this to have a positive impact on our reputation in Germany as well as in other countries around the world.
