Quality and further development at LGI

Quality is a commitment for LGI. We pay great attention to constantly optimizing all processes. Until they run optimally. And then we optimize them further – demonstrably.

In our LGI Operating System (LOS) department, for example, we train LEAN experts internally for improvement projects. In this way, we live the LEAN management philosophy in everyday life and continuously optimize our processes. In addition, we carry out continuous improvement processes (CIP) and KAIZEN projects at LGI.

Through regular certifications, we ensure compliance with high standards. Only in this way can we continually set new standards in the process quality of our logistics services.

In addition, we are actively involved in several initiatives to continuously develop the logistics and transport industry as well as e-commerce and fulfillment.
